DESCRIPTION:Join instructor Lisa LaCombe\, owner of Yoga Journey\, to discover the healing power of nature and yoga during this six-week session starting on September 12th. Scientific research indicates that spending time in nature and practicing yoga has a profound effect on our physical\, mental and emotional health. We will explore our own unique connection to the Earth and the wonders of the natural world. our practice will take place near sunset amongst the beautiful flower fields of Hidden Acres Farms. \nThese six Yoga Flow sessions are developed for all skill levels with modification for beginners and a few optional challenges for more advanced students. We will kick things off on September 12 from 6 pm to 7:30 pm with a Yoga Flow practice\, and then experience solo meditation amongst the trees and flowers of the Farm. We will conclude the evening at sunset with some gentle restorative yoga\, balancing mind\, body and spirit. \nWear comfortable clothing\, and shoes for walking. Bug spray is suggested. Bring water and a yoga mat or large towel. It is important to arrive 15 minutes early to get set up. \nSeptember 12 Kick-off Event 6 pm – 7:30 pm; September 19\, 26 and October 3\, 10\, 17 from 6 pm to 7 pm. \n$120.00 per person for the six week class.
